Starting with Us begins with an Assessment which includes your first
Semi Private Session. Assessments are a private session where we learn more about your needs to ensure you gain the most from our services. Once you have completed your assessment with us, you can choose the semi-private format and time that works best for you. Sessions are available with a 4 session pass or an 8 session pass.
Suspension Therapy is a neural programming class to establish functional ranges of motion through the facilitation of repetitions in suspension while lying in various positions as well as in seated orientations.
Fascial Therapy is the integration of Myofascial Release with Suspension Therapy to support the development of functional ranges of motion when an individual is either restricted in their range of motion or lives a high stress life.
Pilates Suspension Mat
Working with the choreography found in a Pilates Mat class and adding the use of suspension to assist in attaining and sustaining ranges of motion otherwise unavailable to the individual. Effective for strengthening in new ranges of motion.
Pilates Springwork is a fusion of ball, barrel and springwork to improve muscle and joint function in all ranges of motion. This is for individuals looking to improve their strength once they have confidence in their movement patterns.
Training for Teens
This format is designed for a growing teen to ensure they attain and sustain a good posture as they grow. We work with suspension and Pilates spring work in addition to barrel and balls. We offer a discounted 4 session pass for teens.
Sessions are available by membership of either a 4 session or 8 session pass.
